We download and upload the file via FTP server. We use a line counting program that assures a verifiable 65-keystroke line. We can use the Word processor of your choice: MS Word 2000, MS Word 97, WordPerfect 5.1 for DOS, or WordPerfect 8.0 for Windows. Ideal e-Solutions has the potential to archive all transcribed reports at a secure location upon request of the client.

Turnaround is based on clients' need for scheduled accounts. Our transcription location gives us an advantage of about twelve hours over countries in North America. This time difference enables us to achieve faster turnaround time while maintaining the quality of the report.

Transcriptionist - MTs with at least 3 years of actual work experience.

QA Level - QAs with at least 3 years of actual work experience with various accounts and specialties.

Senior QA Level - QAs with at least 5 years of actual work experience with various accounts and specialties.
